What is Wing House?
Founded in 1997, Wing House is a transitional care facility designed to assist adult survivors of brain injuries. We provide a comfortable, home-like environment for people with brain injuries who exhibit cognitive impairments and behaviors which prevent them from living independently.
Wing House employs living skills advisors and behavior aids who assist residents with activities of daily living. Wing House is staffed at all times. The facility also has a full-time Executive Director, Program Director, Dietary Director, and Registered Nurse.
What can clients expect from Wing House?
The trained professionals of Wing House provide a structured environment which includes supportive supervision and behavioral intervention. Our goal is to prepare residents for independent living by providing assistance with personal hygiene, meals, employment, medication administration, and development of behavioral care plan goals.
